Rings and Times Past

Here are my versions of a well published and popular pattern by T.V. Phelen in 1948.  Yes, wire wrap jewellery was very popular post war and the designers of this interesting technique closely guarded their designs from other wire artists who would speedily copy the jewellery.  To read more about historical wirework and design infringement check out :

These two rings incorporate sterling silver wire and Fluorite (left ring) and Hypersthene (right ring).
